Confirmation of order
When you place an order with City Goats, a confirmation of your order is sent to the email address you have registered with us. It contains your order number and details of the items you have purchased. Please refer to this number when contact our Customer Service Team regarding your order.

Once your order has been placed online we are unable to edit items in your order. All online orders can be returned within 14 days of receipt by via the post along with a return formwhich can be found on the back of your invoice or by taking them into one of our stockists.

If you need your items shipped to more than one address, please place separate orders for each location you wish to ship to.
Tracking your order

Be assured we process returned items as quickly as possible. We’ll send you an email once your return has been processed.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unwashed, unworn and unused items in their original condition with all tags and packaging upon presentation of the original invoice within 14 days of purchase.
If you wish to Return your item(s), please download, print and complete our return form and include it with the returned goods. Once the returned item is received, we will arrange refund to your account within 30 days.
All sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Please do not break open packaging that is non-resealable if you wish for refund.
If you would like to exchange an item, you may return unwashed, unworn and unused items in their original condition with all tags and packaging upon presentation of the original invoice within 14 days of purchase.
